The sacred dragon does not fight his enemies with anger, but with the sword of grief.
[ACT](VC): Legion 20000 "Seeker, Light Blaze Dragon" (If your opponent's vanguard is grade 3 or greater, this unit may return four cards from your drop zone into your deck once, search your deck for the specified card, and Legion)
Seeker, Light Saver Dragon is one of the six promo cards from Bushiroad's Legion Campaign. Seeker players have a lot of options to choose from for their Legion pairings. Light Seeker Dragon is a nice Legion for budget player's to pickup. It has more than enough support in the current English meta to be pretty competitive.
[ACT](VC):[Counter Blast (2)-card with "Seeker" in its card name] If this unit is Legion, choose up to three of your units, and those units get [Power]+5000 until end of turn. This ability cannot be used for the rest of that turn.
[AUTO](VC):[Choose a card from your hand, and discard it] When this unit's attack hits a vanguard, you may pay the cost. If you do, search your deck for up to one card with "Seeker" in its card name, call it to (RC), and shuffle your deck.
This is one of the best Legions for beginners to learn how to play Cardfight!! Vanguard. I'm considering building a beginner's deck based on Seeker, Light Saver Dragon.Vanguard. Both of its skills are relatively simple and do not require any complex combo plays. The supporting units are also very basic cards. Anyone would be able to understand the game's basics and master the deck in just a few games.
Furthermore, vanilla beatdown is Seeker, Light Saver Dragon's playstyle. Its Legion skill gives 5,000 power to three units for the cost of two counter blasts with Seeker in their names. It gives a lot of pressure to your opponent in the early game as both rear-guard columns will easily have over 20K power before applying any trigger's effects to them. Combined Strength Seeker, Locrinus and Full Bloom Seeker, Cerdic are the best two rear-guards to reap the benefits from the Legion skill. If Light Save Dragon's attack is unable to hit a vanguard, then give all effects from triggers to your guards as they will be lethal with an extra critical.
Finally, Seeker, Light Saver Dragon's second allows you to swap a card for a better card if this unit's attack hits your opponent's vanguard. This is a nice skill for you remove an unneeded card in your hand for a card that can make an impact in the game. If you have an extra copy of Seeker, Light Saver Dragon in your hand, then you can discard it to superior call Blaster Blade Seeker, and he will finish the combo by retiring an opponent's rear-guard!
Overall, Seeker, Light Saver Dragon is a very good Legion for budget decks, and is a very easy for beginners to start learning how to play the game. It's Legion skill will frustrate opponents as they are forced to guard with more cards than usual because your rear-guards are attacking with more than 20K power. The early pressure will eventually break your opponent's defenses to leave him or her wide open. I definitely recommend Seeker, Light Saver Dragon to beginners and budget players alike.
